The inspiration for the title comes from the Italian island of Sicily, beautiful, charming, and enchanting, yet full of mysteries, like a volcano evoking a delicate sense of unease. The sculpture is not a reflection of a specific individual; it is a portrait of a woman in a general sense, aiming to showcase the greatest values and mysteries that the female gender can possess. She is depicted in a euphoric, dreamy, blissful, and carefree manner. Is this truly the case? What lies beneath the cover of innocence and deep semi-sleep? The torn divisions that separate her face into three parts indicate that she is not a flawless woman with a clear conscience and misguided happiness, which is visible in the given moment. Personal dilemmas within each of us lead to internal divisions that are not always noticeable on the outside. In the case of this sculpture, they are evidently contrasted with stoic calmness. Numerous abrasions on the material additionally give it a special radiance... is it the joy and euphoria resulting from the rays of the Sicilian sun? Or is it a symbol of a glimmer of light in the tunnel leading to the undiscovered nature of women?

This is an unfamiliar person, an individual, with the face of a young man portrayed in a natural but partial manner. The man is depicted without overt emotions, which are hidden behind an apparently firm and confident gaze. Invisible fears and anxieties manifest as blemishes on the face in a geometric and occasionally irregular and fragmented form. They serve as symbols, signs of experiences, and encounters that can arise in uncertain times, especially those in which we currently live. The material used, aluminum, lends a sense of hardness to the figure, a characteristic that every man should possess. However, the jagged, torn, and uneven edges may lead the viewer into an untold and implied story.

A resolute, strong, and passionate woman. The motif of the circle is not accidental here, as it confirms the aforementioned qualities. It represents stability and balance, not only visibly but also emotionally, emphasizing the serenity of her spirit evident on her face. Despite the extreme pose she assumes, a sense of tranquility, endurance, and patience can be observed. An important aspect is also balance, an attempt to maintain equilibrium despite everything. This sculpture depicts the combination of discomfort with the ability to cope with it. An example is the woman herself, rightly referred to as stronger than a man. The glow of polished bronze further illuminates her ambitious intentions, such as the desire to pursue goals, perseverance in her actions and decisions, and the harmony and self-control of her actions. Another striking element is nudity. Despite numerous implications, flaws, and insecurities, no woman should be ashamed of it. The sculpture aims to serve as a kind of mobilization and motivation to walk the earth, and face the vicissitudes of fate, which are not always kind, but can always be changed... because life... revolves like a wheel.

This is an image of a man who attempts to answer the question of how to be a classy individual in a world dominated by mediocrity. There is no definitive answer to this question; instead, there are numerous interpretations and conjectures. My vision of a gentleman is presented in a stylish, elegant, and charming manner, almost regal at first glance. The intention is to possess inherent character traits such as kindness, politeness, and magnanimity, which are not always acquired. This is a well-groomed man who upholds above-average standards, not only visually but also in his interpersonal relationships. Despite the distinguished attire he wears, in the form of an elegant suit and a substantial bowtie, the rest remains unsaid, including the partially depicted face, which provokes curiosity, stimulates imagination, and encourages reflection, particularly regarding the deliberately absent gaze.
