Studies: Faculty of Sculpture, State Higher School of Fine Arts, Gdańsk, in the studios of professors: Alfred Wiśniewski and Adam Smolana, 1971–1976. Since 1981 he has lived and worked in Hamburg. Winner of the 1st Prix du Jury award at the Spring Salon, Luxembourg, 1998. Participation in individual and collective exhibitions in Poland, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium. Author of the monument dedicated to the memory of Poles deported after the Warsaw Uprising to the Neuengamme concentration camp in Hamburg (Germany). The main material of the artist is wood. He creates sculptures, reliefs, objects and installations.
